Journalist and biographer Charles Moore has fired a shot across the bows of the of colour slavery reparations scroungers. He reckons that every time they use English for speaking or writing, they should pay a copyright fee to us.
    Trillions of pounds going our way instead of to scroungers is a much, much better idea!
