The Stampeders stomped to Hamilton on Saturday. Their opener yielded a FG. A pick stopped the TigerCats, FG from it, 6-0. A drop in the end zone, FG for the Cats in the 12th minutes and one for the Stamps in the last minute of Q1, 9-3.
    The Cats drove into Q2, Mitchell mugged but on to a FG. One for the Stamps, 12-6. A 54-yarder in the 13th minute missed and was returned by the Cats. 28 ran through the Hamilton defence for a TD, +2, 20-6.
    The Cats got close in Q3, end zone TD pass to Lawler in the 9th minute, 20-13. One back for the Stamps, 27-13. Lawler got the Cats close again, stopped. TD for Robinson in Q4, 27-20. FG for the Stamps. A 69-yard pass gave the Stamps the ball at the TC 4 with 2 minutes to go, barge in for a TD, 37-20, and a pick sealed the deal.
