Fair but won’t happen

Wasting police time is a criminal offence. What about the Labour lot wasting the time of the CPS for 2 years by promising evidence against two Spies For China and then withholding it?
    Four million quid from Labour funds to compensate the taxpayer somewhat for the abuse of office?
