Massaging the message

Apparently, the medical trade has no fat and/or o’bese customers any more. They are now ‘people who live in large bodies’, which seems to give them the option to downsize by moving to a smaller body if they can find one they like.
    Or Baron Frankenstein’s heirs can build one for them.
