Just thoughtless

Hillwalkers in Scotland are complaining about being confronted with human-caused unpleasantness; heaps of cremation remains. Instead of scattering the ashes of the deceased, lots of people are just dumping the contents of their container and expecting the wind to do the scattering for them.
    Which it can’t as the bone remains are too heavy for much below storm level.
