Not Impressed

One of my correspondents has had a letter; white envelope, not a brown one; to tell him he’s getting £300 for winter fuel. Is he grateful? No way. He reckons it should be £900 to make up for last year’s swindle and the £300 he didn’t get after Edstone bloody Milipede broke his promise of cheaper electricity.
    And it should come out of Labour party funds, as they were the ones doing the swindling.
    My correspondent also noted that his National Insurance number is the reference for payments and complaints about non-payment, so who needs a Smarmer I.D?
