An interesting environmental question. Do you remove the dust from the thermal blanket on a hot water cylinder or do you leave it in place as extra lagging and pretend that doing so will put the kybosh on global warming?
A stance which requires that you ignore all those Chinese and Indian coal-fired power stations.
