The new Chief Inspector of Constabulary has given failing police forces (i.e. all of them) six months to start doing something about their shoddy crime scene management when people are burgled or robbed.
Cynics are assuming they’ll spend the 6 months coming up with reasons why they can’t do anything useful and demands for more cash.
