One of my neighbours showed me a newspaper cutting yesterday. The item can be read as playwright Harold Pinter’s twin passions being cricket and bridge crashing.
    An individual’s interpretation of the written word can often be much more fascinating than whatever the author intended, especially if there’s an over-active imagination involved!
