No sedate, ‘save the tyres’ start to the Catalan MotoGP race, and a couple of crashes in the early laps. Then things calmed down. Until Marq Marquez went out @ turn 10 on lap 8/24 when he was ‘right in it’ despite having an inferior Honda.
    More trying too hard crashes, including Rossi Sr. Quateraro was riding bare-chested with his jacket wide open with 3 laps to go, and not stopped on safety grounds!!
    Could Zarco pass Olivera for his first win on the last lap? Nope. And a time penalty on Quateraro dropped him to 4th behind Jack Miller. 21 started, 15 finished.
