The main accusation against Health Secretary Matt Hancock seems to be that he dared to enjoy himself at a time when some people were feeling miserable and upset them to a state of vindictiveness.
Should he resign? Only if everyone who ignored the rules for the plague and got away with it pays a voluntary fine of £100. If it’s the same rule for everyone, everyone should share the liability, not just government ministers.
