Isn’t it great when coppers think claiming that they are the victims of poor policy & law-making makes it okay for them to switch their brain off and slap a bogus fine on someone for the world’s stoopidest imaginary offence.
Sometimes the sensible thing to do is . . . nothing. Sadly, politicians and the police feel they always have to be seen to be doing something, no matter how pointless or even terminally stoooopid it is.
