Not a trivial difference

Industry “experts” reckon that changing coin collectors to accept the new 12-sided £1 coins will cost £100 million. The Royal Mint reckons £15-20 million. So it looks like the customers are going to be ripped off something awful and someone expects to stroll off with £80–85 million.
