In charge but not responsible?
The Mid-Staffs NHS Trust has admitted killing people through negligence so there will be a fine and taxpayers’ cash will be shuffled from one official pocket to another. But the managers and Labour ministers who let it happen will continue to ride the public sector gravy train.
