The mark of anyone who’s had anything to do with sometime PM Boris Johnson is that they end up in the gutter, according to Labour’s current smarmy leader.
    But as that seems to be where he’s operating from, and he never has anything to do with Boris, being there has to be down entirely to his own efforts.
