Weird notion

Why would anyone think disorganized thugs are somehow a Good Thing and organized ones are a Bad Thing?
    If riotous thugs invade the streets in ninja costumes and masks, and organized their invasion using social media, they need to be packed off to Rwanda with the illegals. Along with the coppers who just stand idly by and watch the thugs.
