10 Minutes Gone (2019) is an essay in how bloody useless blokes with guns can be. The bad guys and the cops shot off hundreds of rounds at one another after the bank robbery.
The bad guys were running around in flak jackets as easy targets and the useless cops couldn’t put a bullet in an arm, leg or head to slow them down.
