Edstone wind farms in Scotland face a unique handicap. The parts can be moved only at 3 mph on roads and they have to be escorted by law by specialist police officers north of the border.
Worse, the jobs last 6 hours at a stretch and they have to be done during evenings and weekends at police overtime rates.
