Non-Crime waste of time

South Wales Police have so little in the way of crime to tackle that they can spend 10 months chewing over whether an award-winning retired superintendent committed a political hate crime when she referred to a bloke in a frock as ‘Fred’ on the interweb. The conclusion was that she didn’t.
    The Fred in question is a former copper who was sacked for gross misconduct a couple of years ago.
    Sounds like the Chief Constabule needs the sack, too.
