Jaime Sommers, the first bionic woman, dies at the end of series 2, episode 20 of The Six Million Dollar Man.
Miraculously, she is brought back to life for her own series with her memory partly restored, but she can't remember having been engaged to Steve Austin. Or of being killed off, of course. Why let real life restrictions get in the way!
