Apparently, there’s a football match going on somewhere far, far away. There’s also the Austrian MotoGP. Two red bikes took the lead for 20 laps of Moto3 with Holgado in the lead. Masia’s bike croaked after being clobbered.
Vietti took the lead on lap 9 after being 2nd for ages. Holgado went back ahead on lap 10. Alonso took over and promptly crashed! Sasaki got the lead with 6 to go. Briefly.
Sasaki on lap 19, back to 3rd behind Öncü, 2nd on the last lap, into the lead, back to 3rd, pass & re-pass on lap 20 until Öncü won ahead of Holgado then Sasaki.
Best race of the season.
