The idiots running our Notional Health Service are blaming  colonialism and the British Empire for dividing the population into just two genders, male & female.
    If our ancestors hadn’t gone out and civilized the rest of the world, no one would think twice about 99 genders instead of two.
    And to think people are being paid out of our pockets for coming up with this tosh.
