Binder zoomed into the lead ahead of Bagnaia at the start of 26 laps of MotoGP with the commentators worried about tyre life. Miller crashed off on lap 2. Quateraro took out fellow French rider Zarco on lap 3 after Bagnaia took the lead.
Viñales hit the gravel. A couple of bikes croaked because it was hot, hot! Finish and you’re in the points today. Digi was gone with 9 to go.
Bagnaia was unassailable but Bezzecchi got past Binder for third place.
