NASA’s new rocket is billions over-budget and years late, but it won’t be ready before the middle of next month. If it is then. You’d think the US government would have caught on to the simple fact that NASA is crap at creating space vehicles by now. But I suppose too many politicians have copped for bungs to change anything.
