The Sunday Post, Scotland’s favourite newspaper, offered a front page from 1961 yesterday with a story about 100 mph storms sweeping in from the Atlantic. Global warming in action? Actually, 60 years ago, the alleged climatologists were predicting we were heading into another Ice Age. Which just shows how good they are at interpreting the evidence.
