Windows 8: the saboteur?

Think of the number of hours I’ve wasted going from Windows 7 to Window 8 to Windows 8.1 and ending up with a laptop with less of the originally installed software working. Now multiply that by the number of people who have gone through the same process. The total amount of time wasted around the world has to be comparable with the amount of time it took to go from the Mercury programme to putting a man on the Moon with the Apollo programme. Frightening thought, eh?
