The Alouettes travelled to the nation’s capital on a beautiful night. The Als got close, on to a TD. The winless RedBlacks got inside the 10, held to a FG, 7-3. Inside the 5 for the Als, on to a TD.
    The RB drove into Q2, from the MA 1 on penalties, TD, 14-10. A TD back at them by the Als. Just a FG as the half ran down, 24-10. 3rd down at the MA 2, penalty, FG, 24-13.
    In Q3, the RB got to the MA 5, stopped.  TD the other way in the 10th minute. The Als stopped the RB when close on another 3rd down at the end of the quarter.
    Philpot got his 1,000 yards receiving on the way to a FG by the Als, 34-13. More Alexander to Philpot, no more scoring.

Just a bit late

The police in north London are trying to trace a thug who was wearing a lobster suit when he clobbered a young bloke and put him in hospital. This happened outside the venue for the World Darts Championship seven months ago!!
    Sounds like a lost cause to me.

Isn’t it amazing how polyticians can always comes up with a sob story? Things that normal people can cope with because that’s life are always transformed into ‘poor little me’ stuff when a politico has a hand thrust out for donations.

Mallorca is a good place to go to watch protests against tourism pick fights with police; with tempers shortened by the hot weather. Just don’t look like a tourist if you want to avoid being clobbered by the locals.

Imagine the bully’s sense of shock and terror if his victim struggled to his feet, produced a handgun and put a bullet in each of the scumbag’s thighs. Why do you never see something like that in a TV drama?
