“We are a wealthy country,” sez David Cameron, our Walter Mitty prime minister. So he doesn’t think money should be taken from the overseas aid budget to help British people up to their necks in floods. Does he not know that the Labour party left the country deep in debt? And that his “aid budget” exists only because he’s borrowing the money to give it away? Obviously not.
