Education Sec. B. Phillipson’s scheme to give working parents 30 hours of taxpayer-funded** child care per week during term time started this week. And ran straight into the buffers thanks to staff shortages caused by the Rachel Thieves tax rises and underfunding.
** Note: The scam isn’t government-funded as the government has no money. It just spends our cash.
