Police state oppression

The branch of Thames Valley Police in Slough has so little to do that it can send a copper to intimidate an elderly, ailing lady over an online post which upset just one single sensitive soul.
    Worse, the copper demanded an apology without telling the lady what it was for. So he got a flea in his ear.
    Publicity and the Free Speech Union, of which the lady is a member, made TVP back off. But, no doubt, there will be more similar outrages to come.
