A recently retired head of the UK’s Armed Forces has revealed that the Whitehall Blob is full of people who say ‘No!’ to necessary changes as a reflex and waste billions of pounds of our money.
    Worse, the Blobists from other departments are also doing the “No!” routine – sometimes on defence matters. No wonder it’s called the snivel service. Any chance of a reset Bier?
