Small problem or megasnag?

The Reform UK plan to deport foreign criminals wholesale doesn’t have a solution to the main problems such as the country of origin refusing to tak the scumbag back and criminals refusing to reveal where they’re from.
    There is the alternative to dump them in gaols abroad; paying through the nose, of course; and banning them from coming back here. But is that going to have much effect on criminals?
