Another Mr. U-Turn

J. Healey flounced out of the Defence Sec. job when Bier Smarmer refused to raise spending to 3% of GDP. Now, as Chancellor, he has gone along with binning the idea.
    He has evidently realized that buying benefits votes is more important than the Defence of the Realm; as far as keeping his job and his status are concerned.
