The Americans do a Chump Test when we swap a failing P.M for another out of the same box. Jonah Burnbum failed it.
    In the brief interval between taking over the job and dashing off on holiday, he thought he was swapping messages with Pres. $thump’s ‘enforcer’. Wrong! It was a hoax.
    Jonah is apparently officially not bovvered about this; a comment on his international importance?
