GenZers are accused of all sorts of weirdness, but maybe their preference for using a taxi instead of becoming a motorist makes sense. Getting a driving test appointment is pretty well impossible thanks to A.I systems and spivs grabbing them for resale. And spivish local councils are doing their level best to make motoring unaffordable with all sorts of scams.
