Still out West

Friday nite’s helping of CFL was the Stampeders in Winnipeg.  First score to the visitors; a TD. Add a rouge from a punt. The Blue Bombers got to scoring range, picked in the CS end zone! Defence into Q2 and a TD for the BB in the first minute, 8-7.
    Bomb pass by Adams, wide open receiver, TD Calgary. A 58 yard BB FG try missed and was returned . . . for a TD!!! 22-7. Olivera in the 13th minute, 22-14. The Stamps had time to kick a FG, and so did the BB, 25-17.
    In Q3, the Stamps went from their own half to a TD. Close for the BB, sacked to a FG, 32-20. Inside the 10 for the Stamps, TD pass, 39-20. The BB fumbled the ball but got it back, dash for the end zone by Olivera on the next play, 39-27. Sack, fumble by Adams, BB ball, FG to open Q4.
    A pick stopped a BB drive and set up a CS FG, 42-30. Another pick by the Stamps, another FG; missed. The Stamps kicked a FG with 2 minutes left, 45-30. The BB were stopped, another TD for the Stamps, 52-30 at the end.
