What’s the latest reason for avoiding the Mediterranean coast at holiday time? Nothing to do with the EFU for a change. Deadly pufferfish with a lethal bite have snuck through the Suez Canal and infested the region.
They can bite off fingers and toes whilst administering a lethal poison, and just touching them is a bad idea.
