Anything going free will be exploited; and not just by cynical politicians

This could be a statement of the bleedin’ obvious, but could the eagerness of the people to go to food banks be something to do with the fact that there is free food on offer rather than the leftie luvvie BS about benefit cuts? And that some customers, if they don’t have to spend cash on food, are spending it on booze, drugs and riotous living? Just a thought.
