When people talk about the Prime Fantasist having a lot on his plate, they just demonstrate how out of touch they are. Our current incumbent’s ‘plate’ is about the size of the daintiest saucer in a child’s tea servive. Thus anything big falls off and is ignored and just small trivial remain for his limited attention.
