It seems Ofgem got into a twist over ex-pirate Radio Carolone announcing the death of King Chuck and following this with a 16-minute period of silence. According to Ofcom, it was a matter of very high public interest. Which is a complete fantasy if there was no meeja storm when it happened; back in mid-May and I didn’t find out about it until I saw a newspaper item in mid-August.
