Two problems

1. The NHS spends £240 million/year of our money on storing paper medical records despite commitments made to go paperless in 2018, 2020 and this year.
2. Putting all records on a computer system would leave them vulnerable to hackers and saboteurs, and inaccessible when the Milipede Nett Zero electricity supply scam fails.
