Should we be surprised that the bloke at the heart of the Cambridge wokery scandal is being outed for recycling the title of an episode of a 2010 TV series as the title of his about to be published book? Not really.
There is no copyright on titles, as one of my correspondents found when the title of one of his short stories, written in 1981, was used for a 2018 film.
