Manchester airport has been struck down by the Jonah Effect. His term as cosmetic mayor has reduced the airport to the bottom tier of Which? rankings. Over-crowded, overpriced food, disappointing customer service and the delays all contribute to a customer’s rating of ‘quite appalling’.
