No escape, no savings

Last year, Health Sec. Wee Streeting announced that the quango NHS England would be abolished and its functions returned to the Health Department snivel servants.
    This year’s Health Sec., Pixie Balls, is telling us that this can’t be done as NHSE staff are paid more than snivel servants and the only solution is to creat another overpaid quango.
