Argentina’s Bernard Manning lookalike president keeps going on about invading the Falkland Islands to grab the oil reserves, but the expert opinion is that the country is years away from having armed forces big enuff for an attack.
    Maybe they’re hoping President $thump will do a deal to ferry their soldiers to the islands. Meanwhile, their president is being dismissed as a chancer who is desperately trying to divert attention from the messes that he has created at home.
