Which will it be?

Will Charl E. Spencer win the Galsighter of the Year Award or will it go to one of the political mob, as usual? As usual, no one seems too bovvered about the outcome of this annual small interest event.

Hidden treasure

Radar scans at the tomb of the pharaoh Tutankhamun have confirmed a suggestion made 15 years ago that there is a previously unsuspected system of corridors and rooms behind one of the walls.
Archeologists are now getting excited about finding the tome of Tut’s step-mother, Nefertiti, in there. Or not.

Untouchable

Is the head of MI5 going to have to face contempt of court proceedings over deliberate lies told by his minions? Or is the legal trade going to make the whole thing go away in due course?
    One guess.

Don’t mention any war

No surprise that the Imperial War Museum is now in the clutches of wokists who want nothing to do with serving and fomer members of the armed forces. Bier Smarmer gets a share of the blame for appointing 3 new trustees, none of whom ever had to ‘get some in’ militarywise.

Kiddie crime

Bournemouth ain’t a good place to be a shopkeeper, one of them has revealed. Mothers stick a balaclava on kids as young as five and encourage them to dash into shops to steal stuff.

A very British tale

I read with amusement that the plan to park a huge gang of illegals near the village of Piddlington is on hold because there are protected animals on the site. That’s newts, badgers and bats all in danger of being stomped on and harassed by the rabble.

Course pricing

The head of the Russell Group of top universities would like courses to be priced according to subject, cost of the delivery and public benefits, as they are in Australia, where she worked previously.
This will make subsdizing some courses easier. But what will it do about the 800 rip-off woke junk courses put on offer since 2022?
