A campaign to install air conditioning in primary schools to make kids comfortable and able to learn is another embarrassment for Edstone Milipede. His occasionals are unable to meet current demands for electricity, never mind extras.
No wonder this particular deadleg is trying to bug out of his current grotto and do further wrecking @ the Treasury.
