East, for a change

The Calgary Stampeders visited the Alouettes in Montreal on a beautiful summer evening. A FG for the Als to start. Sack then Adams lost the ball when tackled, Als’ ball! On to a TD, 0-10.  Adams fired a pass to the end zone, TD, 7-10. The Als lost a long TD dash to a penalty. In Q2, the Als went to a diving TD. A forced fumble gave the ball to the Stamps, nowt from it. The Als reached the red zone as the half ran out, into the end zone. A 47-yard FG got the Stamps to 13-24.
    Add a point for the Stamps from a rouge in Q3. A FG for the Als. The Stamps came back with a TD, 20-27. To the CS 1 by the Als, TD, 20-34. Bunch sack on Adams, FG. Another sack on Adams in Q4.
    Red zone for the Stamps, TD with 2 minutes to go, 30-37. Close again for the Stamps as time ran out, out on downs with 20 seconds to go. The End.
