Justice delayed . . .

Two years ago, 3 little girls were murdered at a dance class in Southport. The taxi driver who took the killer there fled the scene and didn’t phone the police for an hour.
    He has only just had his operating licence cancelled for failing to meet appropriate standards. A decision which is out of the same box.
