Westminster Dunce

The reason why Andrew Mitchell is an ex-minister (Cons.) is clear. The Treasury said restoring the cut of £4 billion/year in the foreign aid budget would put 1p on income tax. Mitchell, who was cancelled by the police-confected Plebgate shambles, complained that the 1p would raise £6 billion.
He’s obviously too thick to get the fact that income tax is so many whole pence in the pound with no fractions or decimal points. Or just too full of himself to be bothered.
